When i first came here the few times i seen the male doctor forgot his name but i like him and then it seemed he became unavailable now this lady doctor i dont know about her. Last time i was here i was super pregnant like due any day and needed my eyes double checked. They charged me for a an exam (insurance) and i asked for a script for my lenses because my insurance wasnt due for a new pair and the ones they had i didnt like. Now i realized the script they gave me didnt have my PD. so i call today and they want to charge $25 to give the information which is BS. Ive never had to pay to get my pupil distance thats absurd. Then the doctor comes on the phone and tells me they never checked that i can come in for them to do it. If i would of bought glasses that would of been noted. Ive gotten scripts from other eye doctors and always got my pd without buying glasses. Thats just being greedy and wanting you to have to buy glasses from them. I just wanted the info because its my info now Ill probably get glasses elsewhere just because of the sneakiness and lack of informing because when i was there if they really didnt do it they should of explained and also have it in plain site that they charge $25 for your pupil distance i will be contacting my insurance company to see whats up and also the American academy of Ophthalmology
